AUGUST'S FAVE
Hetki: Se hetki kun olet kiivennyt kaksi tuntia ylämäkeä ja vihdoin pääset Saanatunturin huipulle. Monesti kävi mielessä luovuttaa kesken matkan, joka tuntui kestävän ikuisuuden, mutta onneksi jaksoin loppuun asti. Mikään ei nimittäin voita sitä tunnetta, kun vihdoin perillä kova työ palkitaan.
Rutiini: Iltojen pimentyessä tunnelmavalojen päälle laittaminen.
Kauneusjuttu: Lakatut kynnet. Kesällä kynsilakat kuluivat helposti kaikesta vedessä lotraamisesta, niin nyt sään kylmentyessä on ollut taas kiva päästä huolehtimaan paremmin kynsistä.
Vaate: Elokuussa oikeastaan eleilin pelkästään pidemmissä mekoissa ja hameissa, kun kesähelteillä niitä oli turha pukea päälle. Ihan ykköslemppari tais olla mun pitkä sitruuna kellohame.
Moment: That moment when you have climbed two hours uphill and finally reach the top of Saana mountain. Many times I wanted to give up since the journey seemed to last forever, but luckily I didn't. Nothing beats the feeling when your hard work is finally rewarded.
Routine: When the evenings get dark, putting on the mood lights.
Beauty thing: Polished nails. In the summer, nail polishes were easily worn out all the time in the water, so now that the weather has got colder, it has been nice to be able to take better care of my nails.
Clothing: In August, I actually wore only longer dresses and skirts, because during the summer heat it was pointless to put them on. I guess my number one favorite was my lemon skirt.
Ruoka: Ravintola Ämmilän poroburgeri! Mikäli Levillä on käyntiä niin suosittelen käydä testaamassa.
Herkku: Suklaa. En ole mikään suklaan ylin ystävä, mutta viime aikoina olen himoinnut sitä jatkuvasti ja yksi pala suklaata päivässä meneekin helposti.
Ostos: Kirsikkatomaattipuu. Ostin sen markkinoilta muutamalla eurolla ja voin sanoo, että en ole koskaan maistellut yhtä hyviä tomaatteja ikinä.
Löytö: Ihana beige villakangastakki kirpparilta parilla eurolla. Tiedän jo nyt, että tulen käyttämään sitä paljon kunhan säät viilenevät.
Food: Restaurant Ämmilä reindeer burger! If you have planned to visit Levi, I really recommend going there and test the burger.
Treat: I’m not chocolate’s best friend, but lately I’ve been craving it all the time and one piece of chocolate for a day goes easily.
Purchase: Cherry tomato tree. I bought it from the market for few euros and I can say that I have never tasted such good tomatoes.
Find: Lovely beige woolen coat from a second-hand store for couple of euros. I already know that I will use it a lot when the weather cools down.
Tv-sarja: The Walking Dead. Sarja palasi tauon jälkeen takaisin telkkariin ja joka maanantai ollaan saatu odottaa uutta jaksoa. Jännä, että sarjan henkilöstä, joka tappoi mun entisen lempparin on tullut mun uusi lemppari ja saa sydän sykkyrässä jännittää, että eihän hänkin kuole. Sen enempää spoilaamatta sarjaa katsonneet varmasti tietävät kenestä puhun.
Biisi: Ed Sheeran - Bad Habits ja Passenger - Sword From The Stone.
Leffa: Cruella! Tykkään niin paljon enemmän näistä Disneyn pahiksista tehdyistä leffoista, kuin niistä piiretty remake musikaaleista. Muutenkin oon aina enemmän fanittanut leffojen pahiksia kuin hyviksiä, lol xD
Muu juttu: Auringonkukat! Niitä tuli elokuun aikana, niin ostettua kaupasta, kuin kuvailtua ihan massiivisella pellolla.
Tv-show: The Walking Dead. The series returned to the telly after a break and now there is a new episode every Monday. It's weird that the person in the series who killed my former favorite has become my new favorite and in every episode my heart pounds from hoping that he doesn't die. Without spoiling too much those who have watched the series will surely know who I am talking about.
Song: Ed Sheeran - Bad Habits and Passenger - Sword From The Stone.
Movie: Cruella! I like so much more of these movies made about Disney’s villains than the remakes of the animations. I’ve always been more a fan of the bad guys than good ones, lol xD
Other thing: Sunflowers! During August I bought them at the grocery store as well as photographed them on a massive field.
