SUMMER ON MY MIND

 

Greetings from summer holiday! Actually I've been on holiday for a week already minus some finishing touches on my last courses of the semester. A couple of my summer courses have already begun and I've been busy trying to find a new home and also planning my upcoming student exchange to Scotland. Those aren't the only things that I'm planning to do during this summer holiday so here comes the whole list. 

DURING THIS SPRING AND SUMMER:

( ) I'll frost berries.

( ) I'll go see Slipknot gig.

( ) I'll visit Moomin World in Naantali.

( ) I'll make My day -vlogs.

( ) I'll test gelato at Nikolai.

( ) I'll test the breakfast at Rento.

( ) I'll do a road trip to Norway.

( ) I'll go to a summer cottage.

( ) I'll treat myself with a traditional bun waffle. 

( ) I'll go on many adventures.

( ) I'll find new places to shoot some pictures.

( ) I'll move to a new home.

( ) I'll read books in nature.

( ) I'll do a day trip to Savonlinna.

( ) I'll visit an art cave in Saimaa.

( ) I'll go to an amusement park or a water park.

( ) I'll complete my summer courses.

( ) I'll test bubble waffles.

( ) I'll test pizzas at Saaristonpuoti.

( ) I'll fry sausages by the fire.

( ) I'll watch sunset.

( ) I'll have a girls' night out.

Kirja + herkkuja = täydellinen yhdistelmä! Miusta on tämän vuoden aikana kuoriutunut kunnon lukutoukka ja kirjojen lukeminen on itselleni paras tapa rauhoittua. Useasti siinä samalla vierestä löytyy jotain juomista ja pientä purtavaa. Siispä ilokseni sain testiin Lindt täytesuklaapatukoita maussa maitosuklaa ja karamelli-merisuola. Lindt onkin mulle jo ennestään tuttu tuotemerkki, joten suurella mielenkiinnolla halusin päästä testaamaan itselleni vielä tuntemattomia patukoita. Suklaapatukan maitosuklainen kuori kätkee sisäänsä herkullisen kermaisen täytteen, joka saa jokaisen makeanhimon kylläiseksi. Omaksi suosikkimauksi nousi herkullinen karamelli-merisuola!

Book + treats = perfect combo! I have become a real bookworm this year and reading books is the best way for me to relax. Often when I read I have something to drink and snacks beside me. So I was pleased to hear that I got to test Lindt filling chocolate bars in the flavor of milk chocolate and caramel sea salt. Lindt is already a familiar brand to me, so I was looking forward to testing those chocolate bars still unknown to me. The milk chocolate shell of the chocolate bar hides a delicious creamy filling and my personal favorite is definitely caramel sea salt. With these bars, I can assure you that the craving for sweets will disappear!

FALL & WINTER MEMORIES 21/22

 

Spring is here and summer is just around the corner. That only means that is time to see what my autumn and winter looked like. 

DURING FALL AND WINTER:

(X) I'll bake some autumn treats. 

(X) I´ll celebrate Halloween.

(X) I'll have my microblading re-done.

(X) I'll go hiking among fall colors.

(X) I'll spend a day sledding a hill. 

( ) I'll test skiing in Lykynlampi.

- Actually, I didn't ski at all during winter.

(X) I'll treat myself with doughnuts from Lykynlampi.

( ) I'll dare myself to go to bigger downhill skiing hills. 

- I still practiced on the beginner's hill.

(X) I'll go ice swimming.

 

( ) I'll try fry sausages by the fire in winter.

(X) I'll decorate my home for Christmas.

(X) I'll try vlogging.

- Yes I did try it but I never published it.

(X) I'll bake some classic Christmas treats.

( ) I'll taste mint cocoa. 

- Unfortunately never got the chance. 

(X) I'll have a spa weekend.

(X) I'll find new adventure places.

(X) I'll go ice skating. 

(X) I'll spend pre-Christmas with friends.
