FEBRUARY DIARY

February started with the first 30th birthday party with a Barbie theme. All my -95 friends are turning 30 this year (including me), so 2025 will be a year of many epic parties, haha. 

I wanted to treat myself and bought a new Guess bag, which I'd been eyeing for a long time. It is a perfect dupe for the over-expensive Lady Dior bag!  

Cosy staying at home day. Maybe someday that pile of yarn will become a beanie... why am I such a slow knitter.  

TikTok influenced me to buy that damp duster and omg it has been so handy. I used to hate wiping dust but with that tool, it has become my favourite cleaning chore!

This year's Valentine's Day looked like this: fresh roses, opening a bottle of red wine, trying out shepherd's pie for the first time (loved it!), eating chocolate and watching a horror movie (I'm not a rom-com girlie xD). 

The month also included one funeral.  

Another 30th birthday party but with a theme of '18 again'. It was so nice to see some old friends and play drinking games like we used to do before going out back in the old days. Oh, to be young again! 

I can't get over this pink marshmallow coat! I found it in a second-hand store for only 5€ and fell in love immediately.

I'd thought about painting that mirror gold for quite some time and finally one night decided to do it. It was the best decision ever and it looks like a vintage mirror now! 

Treating myself with a laskiaispulla after going to a pharmacy to get my antibiotics for UTI.

JANUARY DIARY

The beginning of the new year always starts with a new planner and making a vision board. 

Home feels so fresh after taking all the Christmas decorations off. I love how putting on clean white sheets gives that hotel vibe to your home. 

I'm still so happy that I came up with this layout for the living room. 

Trying the "skin juice" recipe for the first and the last time. Can't recommend it to anyone with taste buds... I will continue having my vitamins through pills and botox through needles thank you xD

I got my dear friend back in Finland and we had such a fun day together doing traditional Finnish activities and trying the world's best munkki in Lykynlampi!

Ice swimming in Polar Bears is always a good idea. 

The weather in January was the worst I think I've ever seen... I miss the freezing temperatures and piles of snow like we used to have every winter. 

My favourite treats laskiaispullat are back in cafes and stores! 

Gorgeous sale find. My love for burgundy seems to be never-ending. 

I didn't think I would ever witness pearl clouds in real life, especially in my home town. So beautiful!

Meeting new people through the Bumble app! Why is it so hard to make new friends as an adult?

Lately, I've been really into gym and swim days in Vesikko. So much fun and I feel like a kid again playing around in pools and going a hundred times to the one and only waterslide xD

My newest vintage furniture find! I've been hunting that table since autumn and finally someone agreed to send it to me for a decent price. It matches perfectly with the mirror <3

Ootd for a dinner date. That dress became instantly my favourite ever since I bought it on sale.

DECEMBER LIFE

December was all about everything Christmassy and cosy vibes <3 

This year's Christmas market was exceptionally wonderful! My favourite stand was the one with the flowers and plants. I'm pretty sure it was for the first time there.

My Christmas Eve always starts at 8am by turning the TV on and making a rice porridge. This year's outfit inspiration was a snowflake with burgundy and black details. 

Christmas Day was more relaxed (due to too much wine the night before xD) and included a sauna and ice swimming.  

Am I the only one who loves the days between Christmas and New Year? When no one has a clue about which day it is and you live by the leftover Christmas foods. This year's Christmas present game was Star Wars Jedi Survivor <3  

New Year's Eve was the funniest in a long time. The morning started by setting the table and choosing the outfit for the evening. 

First a traditional NYE dinner in a restaurant. This year's choice was Amarillo. I had invited a couple of my friends to come over to celebrate the year-changing. We played board games, had some drinks and burned sparkles when 2025 came.
